So, how did you do with that weekend goal? No goal? What did you do this weekend?
1. Login to the website and fill out comic book database entries.
Complete, to the best of my ability with the information I had avaliable.
2. Clean and re-organize my room.
Did anyone seriously think I'd get this done? Bueller? Bueller?
3. Finish registering for courses and acquire financial aid.
My FAFSA has finally been processed and sent to my university. All I need to do now is wait for them to receive it so I can finally get my financial aid.
4. Play D&D.
We played D20 Modern instead and it was a very fun game.
5. Relax.
I relaxed for a few minutes this weekend--until I realized how much work I had to get done. Well, a few minutes is better than none.
What's one thing that you'd like to get done this weekend? Is there anything holding you back?
There are about a million things I want to get done this weekend. I'll list my five most prominent goals here:
1. Login to the website and fill out comic book database entries.
At the moment, nothing is stopping me from doing this, save for my own laziness. I'll log in tonight and get it done with the two test entries that have been sent to me thusfar. [Edit: And done! Well, to the best of my ability with the information I had avaliable.]
2. Clean and re-organize my room.
This includes unpacking, putting books on the bookshelves, putting up new posters, and acquiring a few large boxes to shove into my closet. My book collection's beginning to swallow me whole, and I need to pack some of my more recent reads up. Only thing that's stopping me? A lack of boxes... and a lack of motivation.
3. Finish registering for courses and acquire financial aid.
Four out of five ain't bad, but I need this biology course. If I get that, I'm game, set, and match. As far as financial aid goes, I'm still waiting for FAFSA to send my mother's pin to her e-mail address. You'd think that sending a pin request at four in the morning would make things go a little faster, but no cigar. [Edit: Pin acquired, FAFSA complete and being transfered to my university. I should have my financial aid avaliable by the end of the week.]
4. Play D&D.
Jim's work schedule and my trip to San Diego have kept us from playing for weeks. Hopefully, we'll be playing tonight... granted that Jim's work doesn't keep him late--or that he's not too tired to engage in a parlay of words and swords. [Edit: Well, done. Sort of, anyway. We ended up playing a really fun game of D20 Modern last night.]
5. Relax.
Something I won't be able to do until 1, 2, and 3 are complete. Let's hope I can get some of this stuff done sometime this weekend--heavens knows that with school beginning in two weeks, I could really use this time to relax!
If you could be on any reality TV show, which one would you pick and why?
Who Wants to Be a Superhero?, of course! For one, I'd kill to have Stan Lee write a comic book about me. For two, I'm dorky enough to enjoy running around playing superhero... even if it did mean being nearly ripped to shreds by vicious rottweilers in the process.
What is your current computer desktop image? Let's see it!
This is my current wallpaper, Harvest Moon: Another Wonderful Life, one of the many games I'm playing at the moment. I'm on a bit of a Harvest Moon kick.
However, my wallpaper tends to change with the days; last week, my wallpaper was one from the anime series Ashita no Nadja. Just yesterday, I had Shiris from Record of Lodoss War covering my desktop.
